I love the look of the Samsung fridges but I've had bad luck with mine. My ice makers failed multiple times on both I have owned. Pretty cool to get some new panels though.

They are notoriously unpopular with their ice maker. There is a FB group about broken Samsung fridge.

I don't know why Samsung decides to go with 73" for the Bespoke 4-door refrigerator. I like to give it a try but the space in my place is the standard ~72"

Check the detailed dimensions of the refrigerator again. When I sold appliances at Lowe's, most refrigerators are taller in the front and shorter in the back. Most dimensions listed on retailers specs only list the max dimensions. So it may say 73" tall but it's actually 71 1/2" in the back. Do keep in mind, it may make accessing the cabinet above the refrigerator difficult.

I heard the bespoke has a redesigned ice maker. Has yours still been giving you issues?

Could we just buy the base unit without panels ($1899 from Bestbuy for 4 door with beverage center) and use this credit to buy the panels separately for free

yeah i don't want to be a guinea pig for samsung fridges. i don't recommend these horrendous appliances by samsung

I know everyone's different but we have had this fridge for 2 years and it is our favorite fridge. We actually moved the fridge with us when we moved houses and took the fridge from the new house to the old one LOL. We have had no issues now granted it is still fairly new at 2 years old. My kids love the flex refrigerator space for fruit and snacks. I love the small freezer space as we have a upright freezer and I do not need much indoor freezer space. The small chip ice is great in drinks. My favorite is the water station - the always full water jug. I grew up where we had a jug of water in the refrigerator always cold and the push to fill never seem to be cold enough for me. This is a great system because you have a jug of refrigerator cold water and also have the push-to-fill spout if you should need any more. I also love the fact that it is hidden and the front of it looks so clean.
We use the glass panels and write on them with dry erase markers the weekly to-do list, spelling words for school, kids drawings etc. It is not magnetic so you can't stick magnetic stuff to it. As someone stated above it is taller. It's not a mis measurement it is approximately an inch taller and physical height and for clearance I had to cut out the cabinet above the refrigerator at both houses I've had this in. Not a big deal but if you're not handy, it is something else to think about. I just used a cutout saw on the cabinet fascia and traced the refrigerator top edge and slid it right in.
All in all I had no problems with this fridge and would buy it again in a heartbeat. I personally have had no ice maker issues and it makes the full size and the chip ice without hiccup.

Are you sure? RF23A9675 is listed in the terms as a qualifying model to have purchased.

edit: bought this model (bespoke 4-door flex) recently, in the process of claiming. will report back. also realizing the poster I am replying to might be talking about the column fridge model.
