I probably SHOULD (finance wise) use 14/2, but I always wind up using 12/2 in case I need to go to 20 amps. Kinda silly, I know, but it's a lot easier to swap out receptacles and fuses compared to replacing wiring.
There is nearly five times more copper in the typical home than in a fully electric car.
good price, will stick it in a garden hose and pretend it's audiophile speaker cable. Smilie

Wire nuts? Man, if you are still using those, give these [amazon.com]a go.

So nice. You can even work stuff hot (not that I would ever recommend this).
Not being smart, genuinely curious, how the heck to you get that contraption to fit into a 3 way switch (single box) or an outlet box? Or are they for commercial or new construction only?

I'm no electrician, but I've done some wiring.

Prime Saving of additional $10 - YMMV. - Final cost to me was $0.76 + tax.
Don't need one right but for that price no brainer to keep some in hand for next project.

Wagos fit. Each box has a wire fill cubic inches and as long as that isn't maxed and you're tidy with the wiring, you can fit wagos or wirenuts.

I never knew this existed. Where was this last year when I was remodeling my home???? Damn you, now I just bought it and I don't even have a current use for it.

They aren't as big as they look. Not much larger than wire nuts overall.

I'm happy to see I'm not the only one! Might as well do it once and know it's "future proof".

That's it! If 25' even reaches, the leftover piece will likely be useless. Deal is good for maybe one small project, way high cost for multiple.

Without looking, guessing the link goes to push connectors. But we're talking poverty here; string these shorties together cheapest way possible, and not necessarily to code (in a box).

Limit 6. Does anyone know if/when the limit expires? Daily? Weekly? Lifetime?

Just push them in. Really not much larger than a wire nut. They are all I use know. Yes they are more expensive, but in my opinion, they are far superior.

Thanks, the picture online made them look too big to be fitting in a box. You know what I mean, wires with nuts and an outlet, bend/ fold/press /squeeze /screw it down, ah it fit.

Never saw them before this post. I've been working outdoors for the last couple of years and haven't done electrical in awhile. I have tons of wire nuts in bins.

Actually I do. I've owned it since 1999. Back then in a really good area, top rated schools, on over an acre I paid $290,000. It was a little over 4000 but I added a detached man cave in 2005, it has its own bathroom, kitchen, pool table, projector, etc. It's worth around a million now.
