No issues here, but I did tilt my units outward and down a bit more than the manual says (I think the manual says a quarter bubble on the level).

I don't notice a big difference in sound level between the 3 sizes. I think all the units are very quiet. I leave mine in Auto mode and Eco mode on, and of course you can tell that it's on when very close to it - but mainly all I can hear is the fan noise (which varies quite a bit as it ramps up and down automatically). If the fan is ramped up, I can usually barely hear the compressor ramping up and down.
If the AC is tilted the wrong way, you can either adjust it or attach a vinyl hose to direct the condensated water wherever you want
Do you run all of them at once?

I won't be much too help there - I run all 3 in a 2 bedroom duplex (12k in large main room, the other two units in each bedroom). The packaging on these units says "up to 35% more efficient" or something similar. They have a CEER rating of 15.0, which I understand is pretty efficient. Unfortunately this can't be compared exactly apples to apples with SEER (which I think most central A/C's have published rates for that). I certainly wouldn't stop entirely using a functioning central A/C system to swap for all window units. One of these units might be good for hot upstairs rooms or less-used rooms, and then you could turn your central A/C thermostat down a few degrees, saving you some money.

I have the 10K and the only complaint I have is a ticking noise that the company said isn't normal and told me to just return it since it was only a few days old at that point.
