so had the xm4 for a while and like them better than xm5-6 since they fold and for travel are much better. VS Bose I would say very many ch onnoar for the qc35 in the last year or two for sound quality and for comfort would probably go with qc35 as they feel lighter and a little more comfortable. hope that helps

For new 5s yeah that would be a deal but not 4s. For the 4s multiple websites have this price and i bet you can bring it down with additional coupons.
