If you see these in stock elsewhere you can price match with Office Depot. I just got a pair from Target and they price-matched Office Depot/Max

Office Depot/max also has a great deal on the Sony XM5 for $319.99 from $429.99

I could not get this price matched on target.com. I will try to the retail store tomorrow. Evidently target.com's justification was that this item was on sale (which is not indicated in their store policy). Anyone else have any luck?

I went to target today and successfully price matched. If you look at their terms and conditions, Office Depot is on the list of eligible competitors. It may depend on the employee you get though. My target is hit or miss on price matching, sometimes they barely glance and just match what you tell them, sometimes they will pull the 'it's on sale' card and not do it. Doesn't hurt to give it a try though!

Is this deal dead? Shows out of stock for delivery and no option for in store pickup from the website. Will other retailers still price match in this situation?

I was able to match in store even though they were sold out on Office Depot website. Thank you for the advice , because on target.com the price match was denied

Went two days ago to target and electric associate said it was possible to get it for sale price. I was going to apply for a red card as well so I had to go to guest services and they walked the headphones there. When taken to guest services they said no because it they only price match on regular price. I asked again to price match for sale price then the manager came and told me the same thing.
