My daughter had nose bleeds with the regular (non ) version.
Fir us, the sensimist version is worth the extra price for us. I forget the diff in price between sensimist and regular, but it was a lot. Normally I won't pay much extra for a branded version vs a generic version, But the sensimist option makes Flonase a viable product for my kid. price is very good keeping that in mind.

I paid 41.99 in store back in April with coupon at Costco for 360 sprays. So the math works out to be pretty close in price at 15% subscribe and save.

Not the same product. That's a generic of Flonase. There is no generic for sensimist. I just started using it and it's much better than Flonase for me.
