Agreed. This watch is almost 2 years old now and so close to a needed update. With that said, I don't see point of these watches if your iPhone is always on you anyway.

I had ordered the 40mm series 6 the other day but definitely prefer the larger SE at a much better price point so the 6 will be returned. Thanks for the heads up OP!

Definitely makes a good companion since you don't have to pull out and check the phone all the time for notifications. However, I mostly wear a mechanical watch so not as useful to me. Still rocking Watch 3 occasionally.

YMMV but if you do call or chat Best Buy to price match, you may be able to get a different color in the event you do not like the Silver.

I successfully was able to price match on a 44 SE space gray via phone call. It will likely depend on who you speak to/how you speak to a rep.

I also seem to remember the one benefit of the SE was that could be assigned to a kid or another individual but not require a cell phone. I do realize it's not ideal since you need wifi
