I have an Instant Pot and I feel like 99% of recipes just say pressure cook on high or low and maybe use the sauté function. That's it.

If this has those settings, you're fine. I honestly wish I got a cheaper Instant Pot model because I never use any of the fancier modes.

Awesome, I don't think I've ever seen it this low. These things are great; ours has never had an issue. I highly recommend especially at this price.

I have this and like it a lot. Only thing that sucks is that a lot of recipes will just give you instructions for an instant pot, which doesn't share some of the same functions/button names. Usually easy to guess what to do though.

Why would you buy this over a regular instapot? The container itself is not stainless steel. The instapot comes with green 18/8 stainless steel container.

I saw there was a student deal for $20 a while back but I didn't have a way to qualify for that. Otherwise if there was another sale lower than this I must have missed it.

I disagree, I could not find any recipe to make yogurt from this model. Instant pot has a function

Maybe people don't want to pay the price for an instapot and/or don't want a stainless steel pot? If they were comparable in price, that would be another matter, but they aren't.

I bot this to replace my dead instant pot last year, the stainless pot from the instant pot works with this, so now I have both stainless and nonstick pot. The internals are pretty much the same as the instant pot, even the beeping sound is the same. Some functions are different, and there is no lid holder.

This 8qt is cheaper than 6 qt ($60). This is deal of the day. The sale is today only.
