Costco had their in store 4x$25 cards for $80, worth the extra dollar if you're an executive member and get 4% cb over a standard 2% cb card. Probably even worth the extra dollar for peace of mind

I don't think Nintendo would ban you if you use a "dirty" code once or twice, but I personally will not be supporting this site.

These are potentially stolen or generated numbers, or laundered money, etc...

It is unclear to me how the original seller is making money here, so I can really only assume that something shady is going on at some point.

Ever get a gift card you didn't want? Or your kids got one like that? Or got hard up for money and had a gift card you didn't use? This and a bunch more scenarios. It's how sites like this, raise and others work. Again so simple.
So regent games got that many birthday gifts? Interesting...

I've been hit with it from BOA cc using USD PayPal from many places though, you sure that's how it works?
BoA hits me w foreign transaction fee when i buy straight from Nintendo in the eShop w Paypal, so they still can. It charges from Singapore.

Bought a $99 code.

"Error Code 9001-0049
This activation code has already been used." on Nintendo's site.

1 day later no response from seller.

AVOID.

I finally bought 9 Xbox live 3-month codes, got the free month each time from auto-renewal, and then upgraded to game pass ultimate for $1. Over three years of GPU for under $51. Absolutely bonkers.

I'd love to know if you get a refund from Paypal. I'm guessing they tell you to go fark yourself because digital goods, pretty sure that's their policy although I can't seem to find it.

I'll give Enaba a few more days before taking it up with Paypal. I've noticed that PP is very inconsistent when it comes to disputes. Occasionally, I'll get some in my favor (including digital) other times, automation makes a call in the seller's favor.

One last thing is my credit card company, since I used bank funds. They're usually pretty good about chargebacks.

For Eneba, it's not that easy. They will have you go through a convoluted process to prove you yourself didn't use the funds somehow. You need to show your Nintendo account with screenshots, give them some personal information, and they'll have you contact Nintendo themselves to show when the GC was first used. Nintendo doesn't deal with these problems over email or IT tickets, this needs to be resolved with a phone call (I needed a supervisor). After all of this, the seller selling the card also needs to confirm from their side. If they approve, then you get a replacement or refund. Eneba doesn't punish the seller for selling a used gift card. As mentioned above, the vendor is shady for selling the gift card so cheaply and Eneba is shady for allowing fraudulent transactions to happen multiple times. My advice is to create a 'trustpilot.com' review of the company. Eneba monitors this site and will prioritize you and your issue faster. This may take you a week or two. You'll also see more people like me, who were sold a used gift card.
Yup, had to take a screenshot of my Nintendo account balance, that was a day and a half ago. Still waiting for a response. Wondering if I can file a complaint with PayPal.
