True but this comes without paying sales tax so that would be the difference. Otherwise it would be a wash.

Thanks OP. Smoking deal I was able to put together. Bought one for my wife and used the 10% off with MilitaryStar card. Then received an email the next day for 10% at the Exchange (online only) and snagged one for myself too! $405 shipped ain't too shabby. We're replacing a couple old iPads.
