I see my free shipping reward but on checkout age, it keeps adding $8 for shipping. Do I need to apply a coupon code or redeem the reward? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I didn't read the original notes here. This is where I went wrong. You do NOT enter the actual promo code.

Continue to payment page and at the bottom you will see an option that says "use status reward; free shipping" so check that box and it will deduct the $8 for shipping.

Finish Line can be wonky. You will need to clear your cache and cookies. Gap-brands is the only other sites where ACCESS DENIED occurs.

I am not denying it would have been available earlier .. but now that option is not available under Rewards .. I have tried atleast 10 times
