I do not see how they can say:
Sleeps up to 10 people in sleeping bags
Spacious interior fits 2 queen air mattresses

A queen air mattress will fit 2, 3 people at the most, definitely not 5 per

the "person" rating for tents is so bogus, no one is putting 10 people into this thing

But the FEMA tents are battle tested and have proven daily use for months!

All I know is when I see the tent cities in CA and Seattle some of those cheaper tents seem to have held up well. That's battle tested

They may stand up but are they leaking? That's the main problem with cheap (all) tents.

A lot of Tents going on sale here lately due to the rising gas prices, inflation and higher rent prices.

So is the demand for tents up or down? By rent, do you mean campground spot rental, or apartment rental? Because if apartment rent is too high, demand for tents should be up for those who can't make rent and have to live in one.

Also 2 different sets of specs listed,
First they say center height of 76", later they claim 96", per reviews, 96" is the size
Bunk queen beds obviously 🤣🤪

Tent prices are cratering because ALL prices are in the process of cratering. GPU's- cratering, video consoles - first they came for the switch, then the Xbox and now the ps5, last man standing will be cars, but that's close to happening- auto makers are claiming it could be 2024 because they know as soon as those chips do come in prices will be crushed. They're sitting on tons of built cars that just need chips- what a cluster that's gonna be.
