So is the demand for tents up or down? By rent, do you mean campground spot rental, or apartment rental? Because if apartment rent is too high, demand for tents should be up for those who can't make rent and have to live in one.

Tent prices are cratering because ALL prices are in the process of cratering. GPU's- cratering, video consoles - first they came for the switch, then the Xbox and now the ps5, last man standing will be cars, but that's close to happening- auto makers are claiming it could be 2024 because they know as soon as those chips do come in prices will be crushed. They're sitting on tons of built cars that just need chips- what a cluster that's gonna be.
