Still is probably a great price... just doesn't have the serviceable pump.
The Honda GX motor is going to last years and well beyond the warranty. The axial pump is likely going to fail right around the 3-year mark (3-year pump warranty), and it costs $300 to replace the non-serviceable pump (not including labor). You're basically taking the risk on when the pump will fail.
I'd rather spend $50 more and get the Honda GX motor with triplex pump.

2.5 vs 4 is quite a big difference - the water seems to just slobber out at 4 GPM - at 4400 PSI. Those spinner concrete cleaners work really good with the high GPM washer. I get it, $300 vs. $900 LOL.
