If I were you, sounds like your account is new/expired, to get free months:

Redeem 3 mos, get a free month for enabling recurring billing. = 4
Disable recurring billing.
Redeem 3 mos, get a free month for enabling recurring billing. = 8
Disable recurring billing.
Redeem 3 mos, get a free month for enabling recurring billing. = 12
Disable recurring billing.

If you went through and completed the "redeem" process, maybe? Post above had a good idea with referencing the order number for the whole batch.

However, if you only went and viewed one, you can go through and request a refund for the others without creating an actual ticket (they do note that a refund can take up to 22 days, so...).

Redeem all the Xbox Live Gold codes first, then sign up for Game Pass Ultimate. All your XBL Gold and GP subscription time will be converted into GP Ultimate.

Unfortunately I already viewed each code, to see if they were all the same length (which they were, all of which ended up being 18-digits long).

Guess I'll see how they handle this since I just went to

Oof, yeah, hopefully you can get it taken care of without having to take screenshots of every single damn thing for their "evidence".

For others, I do want to note that the two codes that I just straight up asked for a refund on (since I didn't actually go through and view them fully), I already got refunded on, so that's nice. I paid through Paypal fyi.

FWIW, I also ordered 9 from egame trading. I only looked at the first and last codes and haven't tried to actually redeem them yet, but both were 25 digits.
