I guess Best Buy removes the ear tips before sale. Found out from the buds 3 pro deal a few months back. Samsung also doesn't sell tips individually either, so had to buy some knock offs from Amazon

That kind of defeats the purpose if the eartips aren't even included. I'm picking them up tonight (excellent condition), so hopefully they include them.

My Best Buy open box Buds3 pros came with a set of new insignia tips in a little baggie that didn't actually fit the buds3 pros at all. I also had to buy aftermarket ones from Amazon.
