I have been using hard cases for all phones and tablets since my iPhone 6 bent several years ago. Don't want to risk s8u without the case.

i used the free credit and got the protective standing cover and that case is really solid.

IMO this case is thicker, the hand strap is probably not helpful since it's really hard to use such a huge tablet with 1 hand. the single peg leg stand is probably not strong enough and might be awkward to balance on an uneven surface

price went up to $33 now. I got it for $20. Still awaiting shipment info.
