This 100% worked for me. I did the 36 month conversion 3 years ago. Expired in April 2022. I didn't renew gold or ultimate. Followed all the steps and now I have Ultimate until May 23, 2025. Thanks!

Can you elaborate on how this deal is overpriced? It seems pretty standard for an Xbox game pass ultimate conversion (from gold) deal and it doesn't require a VPN like other similar deals. 5 to 7 dollars per 3 month (or 4 month with the auto renew trick) seems like the normal deal price - this one is $6.79, which is on the high end of a "deal", but no VPN is needed. Maybe the OP should add a price for people that have already used the $1 game pass promo, so $13.99 more.

Am I misunderstanding this deal?

Did this 2 days ago, knew it was a great deal when I added up the cost

Make sure after each 3 month pass code you redeem on you MS account you turn on recurring billing, THEN TURN IT OFF before entering the next 3 month code

After completing all these steps, should I turn off recurring billing one last time? Do I lose any of the benefits/access provided by doing so? I would prefer not to worry about being charged again in 2025 unexpectedly.
