Did you test? I think what you are reading is the 45% and 50% cant be combined. I tested through end of checkout. I have had paypal checkout give me issues about a year ago, but their CS fixed it.

Yes I tested, 6.50 for the hoodie and 9.00 for shipping. I checked out with PayPal. I just cancelled my order now

Thank you, ok I noted OP, so their Paypal checkout is still busted. Contacting CS should work as well.

You can use paypal and get free shipping, just did it. Dont choose paypal at first, just check out as guest, choose a free shipping option, then can choose paypal where would normally enter credit card info at payment option and worked.

Exactly what I did and it worked fine. There were 2 different free shipping options to choose from
