Buydig uses CPS warranty. Their terms and conditions states they can just refund you the cost of the warranty as a resolution to any case. Hard pass for me.

Don't even consider getting open box from Best (Worst) Buy. Many (including me) have been duped by BB. Search for comments on another LG A1 thread. They are selling their floor models (with thousands of hours on them) as Open Box Excellent. Totally, unethical.

There were 2 left of the 48" LG C1 model at my local CostCo, with a lot more larger sizes available. Yes, this will likely get even cheaper but I don't care to wait. I am mounting this on my wall above my Odyssey G9 Neo and Odyssey G7 32" that are standing on my Arozzi Arena Moto Desk. 🤣. I just need to make sure my desk doesn't scrape the LG C1 if I want to raise it. I have to pull my desk out from the wall by 4-5 inches.

I always pay for premium, with a savings mentality. But right now, the C1 pricing is absolutely destroying the sales for the C2. There just aren't enough Improvements to the C2 to not go with a C1 and save hundreds.

Just got the floor model at my Costco. Marked down today to $550 last one. They had the 55 marked down to 800 but I think someone was grabbing it. so keep your eyes open if inventory is low at your store.

it has about 3k hours on it, and looks in great shape to me.

Been waiting for the 55" to hit $800, though Micro Center has $800 returns now. Maybe the time to try and go to the Toe and point out the extra credits/warranties for these.

I found posts on reddit stating that its just a gift card for the store, so it can be used towards anything, hardware included. I choose that option. already got an approval email, but it states that the code will be emailed out within 30 days.

Anyone know if this can be wall mounted. The thickness of the back of the stand leads me to believe it may contain tv parts that cannot be removed

still debating...already have 43" LG led in guest room and trying to get rid of it for this 48"...but not sure if worth it. how long is the base stand itself? I see specs, but it doesn't really give the base stand itself. I need to be sure it is not longer then my tv stand.

Anyone do a chat with Costco and see if they're offering the discount code $50 off $150 this year?

It can definitely be removed. There are videos of it being mounted on external stands or wall mounted. It has a VESA mount.

Yeah any time you see pictures of the 4 screw holes on the back of a tv in a square pattern that is a VESA standard mount. The pattern can come in different sizes depending on tv or monitor size. In this case this tv uses a VESA 300x200 .

stand base width is 31.9" (81.0 cm). Depth is 11.1" (28.3 cm)
