Purchased the 75" version of this last week at Best Buy (picked up in store) and got it all set up only to notice the panel was separating. Giant waste of my time. The quality control on these is garbage...it's a dice roll.

The U6H is supposed to be this year's version of the U6G, correct? Has anyone done a side by side comparison with the 2 models? I don't see that rtings has done a review yet. I'm curious if the H model has the same refresh rate/motion stutter issue that the G has which ended up being a deal breaker for me.

I don't think any normal consumer other than reviewers would buy the same trim of TV of the same brand 2 consecutive years.

bought the 55" h8g google tv two years ago. It doesn't turn on now. Piece of crap. When it did work it required periodic reboots (unplugging the power from the wall outlet) because the remote could not turn on the tv. The chromecast was spotty as times. The blacks were awful and pixated. Roll of the dice if you buy one.

Very helpful. Yes, I meant online reviewer but plenty of people also may be in a situation where they buy 2 TVs in consecutive years.

Sure. If they actually liked the U6G and needed another set for whatever reason, especially if it's cheaper. But I'll rephrase:

Does anyone know if the U6H has the same refresh rate/motion blur issue that the U6G has? Is it the same panel?

Sorry, haven't seen any info on motion blur. I read through rtings.com and didn't see anything. Can you elaborate?

Interested in the 75" which is $799 (seems like a pretty great deal) but the inventory is L to the OW. I'd have to go to the BB warehouse to get it. No plans of ever using VRR and its significantly cheaper than the X90J.

It's a roll of the dice with any TV you buy. You had problems with yours....over the last 4 years I've bought two Hisense TVs with no problems. They make pretty good stuff and they have forced the Sony's and LGs of the world to back off on their pricing.

As it happens, I am in the market for the same model in consecutive years so I am looking for exactly what the commenter asked.

Hisense U6H comes with Google TV that comes as the improvement of Android TV that integrated as the operating system of Hisense U6G. As an improvement of standard Android TV, Google TV is relatively more user-friendly and reliable.

It comes with HDR10+ Adaptive and Dolby Vision IQ support that allows us to enjoy better HDR result, VRR for better gaming experience and Google TV as the next stage of Android TV. Hisense U6H is also WiSA ready that can help us to attach WiSA compatible speakers wirelessly.

I also did notice the U6H model includes a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. This is noted under specifications on their website
