Got excited thinking it was going to be about 6 dollars a bottle only to come across this mess.

it is strange: everybody's had supply chain disruptions recently, but you'd think the company with the strongest bargaining power over its suppliers would have less supply disruptions, instead they seem to be far worse than others. i suspect horrible mismangement from the top, I highly doubt any of the current crop of wally's execs ever shop at a walmart - I read somewhere that Sam in his day used to drive his old pickup around the country to randomly check up on Walmart locations - don't know how much of that is mythmaking, but it might be a good idea for the current execs to experience the horror and tragedy of trying to shop at the average walmart these days. ok i'll get off my soapbox now... ;D

This must be a regional thing. Walmarts here are stocked very well, BJ's on the other hand is awful and has been since this whole thing started.

Sorry, I think you might have been talking about walgreens.

Perhaps you're right, maybe it's our regional Wally's management that sucks and is incredibly incompetent, because every Walmart in my region is like this. It was that way before the current problems, it's just gotten exponentially worse. I envy you and your well-stocked, organized Walmarts Big Grin

That pretty much confirms my previous statement though: Walmart upper management needs to get out to the regional stores themselves and see what's going on, so they can see which regional managers need to get promoted (the ones in your region) and which need to be "Downsized" (apparently the ones here).

(I'm quite certain I was not talking about Walgreens, as I haven't even been inside a Walgreens in many many years, if the aisles were filled with wild wandering bears and giraffes these days I would not know about it!)
