Even if the tires were rated for tubeless use, you'd also need to have tubeless ready rims, rim tape, valve stems, and sealant.
I know. I was referring to the post where the person was saying his stride is tubeless. Surely he/she is mistaken.

I'm thinking of buying this for my wife who is 5'2" tall.

For those of you who have already received the Stride bikes and are within 5'2" range, can you comment on how comfortable it is?

I know the gen3 site says it should be fine, just wondering if anyone has real experience with it.

Wifey is 5'4" and it looks like 5'2" should be fine. I'd say no worries.

My wife is 5' (she's really 4'11), no issues. Seat is of course at the bottom, handle bars rolled back towards her and she's able to ride and handle comfortably. As I said before, she is a little nervous going anything over 15mph. Likely faster than her little legs have ever had a bike going before. LOL.

I'm 6', I'm still working through the most comfortable position for the seat at between 4" and 6" up and the bars rolled forward slightly. If it ever stops raining I'll get it dialed in for sure,

Thanks for the feedback! I'm going to buy it for her. My main concern was the height issue. Thanks!

In for one, my first ebike. Has anyone bought a spare battery to swap out while riding?

uncomfortable cheap seat. Buy a different seat on amazon for 20-30 bucks she will thank you.

The bike is hard to ride unless your wife is athletic and not overweight , or not used to riding bikes she might be scared.

Good luck

Just got my Groove today. Ordered July 1. Shipped from WA via FedEx sig required. FedEx guy was happy I helped him carry it onto my deck. No tax for me in AZ. Easy to assemble, just pedals, front wheel and fender, slide seat and handlebars in. Oh and bend out that derailleur guard a bit so the derailleur can move all the way out for highest gear

Took it on a 4 mile ride in my very hilly mountain neighborhood. Scared a few elk in the neighborhood. I like it. Would like to get another 5mph out of it, and want to find a rear rack that mounts up to the places already in place for a rack.

EDIT: Last night I unplugged the speed limiting connector in the speed controller compartment near the crank. Today I aired up the tires to 25psi (front was only about 7psi as it arrived) and took the bike out for a 4 mile ride. It now goes about 24.8mph on flat ground, previously was barely 20mph.

Also found a rear rack for the Groove here https://amzn.to/3bXkxns
Did you have to make any adjustments to the rear rack to get it to fit?

It is not a good idea to change the battery while riding. ;-D
