You couldn't be more wrong. I own over 600 4k Discs and 95% of them come with a digital code that redeems in 4k.

Use 4ksheet.com to make sure you redeem them in the right place for 4k.
Edit; looking at The Greatest Showman it seems like it will redeem UHD but not transfer to MA in 4k

I bought the Greatest showman 4k a couple years ago on black friday. The digital code only gave me HDX not UHD

You're right on. In recent memory, the only 4K discs with digital that redeem in HD instead of 4K are The Greatest Showman and Red Sparrow.
