Say what you want about Apple, they don't typically build products to be larger and heavier than absolutely necessary. This is about the size of a typical 5W-1A charger not the 30W-6A spec listed.
Will it work when you get it? Likely yes. Will you get your money's worth of use out of it? I'm betting no.

GaN chargers are diminutive by design. Heat dissipation in GaN chargers is very low, owing to its voltage efficiency that loses significantly less energy to heat than non-GaN chargers.
