It's so odd that companies are still producing chargers with a 1A port.
Pay a little more and get one with two 27w ports instead!
To charge a newer phone & a dinky lil vape battery.. I use either something like this or 30 watt PD+IQ port ( power regulating. Plenty of devices with little trickle batteries you don't want to blow up, but still have the ability to charge your phone at super speed..

Yes should be fast. 27W at 5 volts should be over 5A of possible current.
But, it may be important what charging standard your device uses, so check that.
