reminder : 'heavy duty' tarp means that water doesn't pass through it. Expect no further when it comes to a tarp like this.

Their blue PER tarps are 5.1 mils , this silver is 10 mils. Neither measure up to Feds FEMA blues. This size is light enough (mass x g ) to tote around if needed. Good deal when planning ahead
