I just tried it. I only got $4 in Walgreens cash, although my review page said $8 estimated.

I got you; I overlooked that. Even the confirmation email says $8 estimated. Kind of shady Walgreens, haha.

Thanks to Walgreens I have enough toothpaste for a year and don't use Garnier so not going for that too. Please wake me up if you guys find any deal for toothbrush Stick Out Tongue Big Grin

Yes, I did not get the rewards is ridiculous why not fix this glitch, don't make it so it seems one will get the rewards doing pick up if it's only in store purchases.

I went in store just for the Conditioner and did not get the $4 rewards. I went first thing yesterday morning. Hoping it takes some time? Even though it doesn't show as pending

In the past you used to be able to earn Walgreens rewards even if paying with Walgreens rewards. It seems they have since nixed that. Anyone have any input?

I went into store adn bought the 2 conditioner. Cleraly marked as get $4 reward for buying 2 and nothing recevied.

Did you use your rewards to purchase it? My theory is that using my rewards (only $1) prevented it.

It seems like they've differentiated StoreRewards and Wag Cash. The $4 with Garnier is in form of Store Rewards, for which the transaction must be done in store checkout (no pick up, same day delivery, or shipping). The reward prints as a coupon, which must be presented in the next transaction. Nothing shows up in your account in this case.

The Wag Cash is different, which applies to your account.

This is what I was told by a store manager.

If you went in store and bought the same products, you'd get it at the price, with $4 added to your account as Wag Cash that you can use in future online orders, and a separate $4 coupon printed as store rewards that can be used for In Store orders only.

I have done this in a similar offer w couple of months back.

I did this deal in store. The $4 Wags cash was NOT added to the account. But the $4 register rewards did print out. So you CANNOT do both.

Also the store price was higher by $1. So net gain of only $2 from the $4 coupon back.

I ordered online for in curbside and only got 4 dollars rewards and was trying to figure out which one the shampoo or toothpaste did not result in cash back, so from what I've been reading from previous post it's the shampoo that didn't result in Walgreens cash back right?
