It's not. Walmart doesn't have sales. They have rollbacks once in a while. But, this is the everyday price. I bought some weeks ago at the same price. They recently made the sheets a little thicker. So, you are only getting 320 sheets per roll now instead of the 425+ they used to advertise on their packaging.

This is the main reason I buy only Angel Soft. It's not like the tissue paper TP you find in the industrial sized rolls, but not like the cushiony Charmin and Cottonelle that will clog sewer lines and not breakdown in your septic tank.
