I myself bought stuff from china from pswpower but I'm having issues after about 2 years. I'm likely going to replace controller with the ebikeling stuff.

You'll also need a battery. Make sure to match voltage of the kit

Disc brakes, Shimano drivetrain, internal cable routing, 30.9 seatpost (plenty dropper options), Suntour coil forks (entry level, no lockout), 29'er at this price is insane! Even the straight headtube can be externally adapted to tapered forks. Geometry is more for XC, as is tire width. I knew this was a great deal this morning, but didn't need another bike. Instead I forwarded to a friend who is looking. By the time he got around to it, it was sold out. I should have just bought it and have him pay me later. Didn't follow SD rule -- buy now, think later Frown

I got the 16" because it was only one left. Daughter is 55" tall, outgrowing her current bike but I've only used wheel sizes. Will the 16" be too big for her?

It might be too big. For reference, my daughter who's 5'3" rides 13" frame 26" wheels comfortably. I let her try my 16" 27.5'er with seatpost nearly all the way down and she felt uncomfortably stretched out forward to reach the handlebars.

What the heck - I ordered this the day before it was posted on SD and mine hasn't shipped yet.

Update: The order page says "ready to go" but when I used the virtual assistant, they told me it is backordered. Sucks because I ordered this before the SD rush.

Spoke to CS and they said they still see some in the warehouse and would request one be processed for me - so I guess we will see. I desperately need this and it'll be me only form of transportation for several months.
