Be sure to watch YT for installations. Common installation mistakes for above items include over-tightening and tightening wrong direction.
How to Adjust a Front Derailleur [youtu.be]
How to Adjust a Rear Derailleur [youtu.be]
One main reason MTB/gravel riders upgrade to 1x (one by) drivetrain is to simplify the derailleur adjustments. This bike can be upgraded to 1x later, but would require upgrading the rear hub/wheel. There's nothing wrong with 3x drivetrain on this bike. In my opinion, 1x is more of a quality-of-life upgrade, others might tell you 1x also saves weight.

Tranz-X Kitsuma Dropper Post w/External Routing
Used Like New: 109.60 - 21.92 (20% off) = $87.68 + Prime shipping free
This is a great price for an entry level name brand dropper that works with this Framed bike. Couple of things to note:
- Comes with no lever. There are many lever choices, but I personally like the Crankbrothers Highline lever for the price and adjustability
- At 170mm drop, make sure your normal riding height is AT LEAST 225mm (~8.9 inches) from top of seat tube to the seat rails. Otherwise you can't make effective use of this dropper
I think there is only 1 used at this price, so good luck to whoever can make use of this. If you don't see this price, it means someone else bought it.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...th=1&

I used a Brooks B17 saddle on my gravel commuter bike. Saddle alone costs almost as much as this whole bike. It seemed to be the saddle of choice for many bikepackers who put in thousands of miles a year. I put in about 100 miles a week commuting on that saddle. Being leather, it took a a while (> 5,000 miles) to break in and cannot get it wet (I put a plastic grocery bag over it when it rains).
Now, on my daily recreational mountain bike for trail riding, I got this saddle on sale for $6: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H60SXAK/. After getting used to it, honest it feels 90% as comfortable as my $100 Brooks B17. Besides, I'm not commuting 100 miles a week on my mountain bike. In fact, I'm not even seated half the time riding down trails.
For context, I don't wear padded shorts. Again, what's comfortable for me may not be for others and vise-versa.

Here's the numbers for my location:
Subtotal $477.75
Discount -$191.10
Shipping $69.95
Taxes $22.22
Total $378.82
The shipping is pretty painful and of course the discount is nowhere near the deal we had from Camping World. But this may stack up well against other current bike deals.
I'm very happy with the 18" version I got from CW. I've beat the crap out of it and only broken the pedals so far.
