I'd say Cortex-A73 is the minimally acceptable CPU for today's use. A53 CPU is more commonly found in the older, lower end Moto E series whereas the A73 is in many recent Moto G series (the G Pure has similar spec to the euro/int'l Moto E7 (2021) so it's an E series in disguise). People who have used the Kindle Fire HD 8 (A53) and HD 10 (A73) tablets have also felt the speed difference and the general lagginess of the A53.
One appeal with the REVVLRY+ phone is that you can use it on T-Mobile right away (and possibly Metro and other third party MVNO, though I'm not familiar with with that). T-Mobile unlock policy is 40 active days on postpaid, or 365 days on prepaid (or 14 days with $100 prepaid refill). Usage on MVNO does not count toward unlock days. Deals on new phones that works out of the box with a major carrier (ie, not Tracfone locked phone) with no strings or caveats attached don't come often, unfortunately.
As intimidator2000 have said, it's a 2019 phone on Android 9 upgradable to 10 (though some people like me are less concerned about not getting the latest OS or security update, I used a Moto E4 (quad 1.4GHz A53, 2/16GB, Android 7) from 2017 well into 2020, needless to say it was excruciatingly slow near the end).

Either way, this is a 3 year old budget phone. Temper your expectations. I'll buy one for my aging parents since they somehow break or brick a phone once a year.
