FYI. It's next to impossible to find a case for this model. The oval camera design was unique for the T-Mobile model and a limited number of cases were produced. So only get this if you don't intend to get a case for this phone.

Motorola has always had the best bang for your buck as far as smartphones go. Can't beat them on price-to-quality ratio. I'm pretty sure I still have my original Moto G from 2014 somewhere.

Just have to Dremel the case for a larger camera hole

The eBay seller updated the title to say T-Mobile locked, which is appropriate since they can't unlock it unless taking it out of the box and booting it up, not to mention getting unlock codes from T-Mobile or other sources.

Bro, you can get 2 Motorola phones that are newer for the same price at HSN. Check the other thread
The Moto G Pure (2021) in the Tracfone 2-phone deal is noticeably slower and inferior than this T-Mobile REVVLRY+. The G Pure has Cortex-A53 processors (MediaTek Helio G25), 3/32GB, 720p screen, compared to the REVVLRY+'s Cortex-A73, 4/64GB, 1080p which is respectable spec, comparable to many mid-range Moto G models from 2019-2021.
I'd say Cortex-A73 is the minimally acceptable CPU for today's use. A53 CPU is more commonly found in the older, lower end Moto E series whereas the A73 is in many recent Moto G series (the G Pure has similar spec to the euro/int'l Moto E7 (2021) so it's an E series in disguise). People who have used the Kindle Fire HD 8 (A53) and HD 10 (A73) tablets have also felt the speed difference and the general lagginess of the A53.
One appeal with the REVVLRY+ phone is that you can use it on T-Mobile right away (and possibly Metro and other third party MVNO, though I'm not familiar with with that). T-Mobile unlock policy is 40 active days on postpaid, or 365 days on prepaid (or 14 days with $100 prepaid refill). Usage on MVNO does not count toward unlock days. Deals on new phones that works out of the box with a major carrier (ie, not Tracfone locked phone) with no strings or caveats attached don't come often, unfortunately.
As intimidator2000 have said, it's a 2019 phone on Android 9 upgradable to 10 (though some people like me are less concerned about not getting the latest OS or security update, I used a Moto E4 (quad 1.4GHz A53, 2/16GB, Android 7) from 2017 well into 2020, needless to say it was excruciatingly slow near the end).

I thought the REVVLRY+ is a rebranded Moto G7+? It has the right RAM and storage (4/64) but the G7+ has a Snapdragon 636 whereas this is listed as 632. Also, G7+ is splashproof but not otherwise IP-certifies but this says IP54.
Either way, this is a 3 year old budget phone. Temper your expectations. I'll buy one for my aging parents since they somehow break or brick a phone once a year.
