Could probably mod these to take one 18650 tbh

but then your battery would cost more than your flashlight

Yeah, I agree. For a shill post, this isn't offensive

2 hour run time. But I guess for a car or a dorm room or similar low use situation, this isn't a bad deal.

There are so many brands being sold everywhere for dirt cheap that it isn't worth the shillers' time

Wouldn't the 12 batteries for 3 flashlights = 4 AAA batteries per flashlight? Not sure if that makes it more difficult to mod for an 18650.

high quality? I know things like this are somewhat subjective, but objectively these are NOT that high quality, at all.

Eh, I've somehow ended up with so many rechargable AAAs... Might as well.

Hate those using 3 instead of 1, 2, or 4 AA/AAA.

That just means that the cylinder may be a little wider than some and you need to pad the sides a bit more. But it looks like the contacts are still in the center, so it should still work. They sell special spacers, but I usually just make them by slicing a sheet of plastic from a soda bottle slightly shorter than the battery and then wrapping it with more layers of plastic, cardboard, or padded tape (whatever is handy) and then wrap it all in electrical tape once it's almost the right width for final tweaking. You basically just need something that holds it in place so it doesn't flop around. A single long strip of cardboard from a cereal box finished with a few wraps of electrical tape will even work in a rush. And as long as you don't tape the battery in or make it too tight, the 18650 should just slide in and out easily to replace. I have a bunch of 18650s around, so I usually make a spacer for anything that uses those AAA tubes.
