And if you happen to also be in the market for a Capture card, or Mouse or Keyboard, then this adds even more value. Most of us probably don't care for the T-Shirt, but hey, if you love the EVGA brand, it's a bonus.

Comparing to current pricing from top retailers shown from PC Parts Picker, the lowest 3080TI FTW3 Ultra is $1140ish, and for the G6 1000W PSU it's $140. This is savings of about $180.

Of course, with 4th of July deals inbound there could be similar or better deals, but at current prices, this may be worth putting on the radar if these items are on your list.
