Bot the mb8611 last time from them and couldn't get it to work with Cox, took 7 back and forth emails for them to send me a return label, they keep trying to push me to troubleshoot it even though I already spent 2 hours with the tech from my ISP. Now tracking shows they already received my modem for 5 business days already, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Prime day is around the corner, and according to CCC it was 135.99 during last year's Prime Day. Much easier return process for items shipped from Prime.
Was thinking about upgrading my SB6141 to MB8611, since my internet speed with comcrap is supposed to now be 900 mbps, until I read the last post on this thread
"Can I return an item on MotorolaNetwork.com?

Not sure the process to follow to use the new modem though (do I have to call Spectrum and tell them the new MAC or something?)
