Genuine question - i have always shied away from 18/8 and 18/0 stainless due to the potential for rust. Has anyone experienced any actual (non theoretical) issues with their kitchen stuff being 18/8 and not 18/10 stainless steel?

What does the $x.79 prices of the last few Costco deals indicate? These seem better than the in-store $x.97 clearance pricing I've seen on these items in the past
