I have two of these. They are fantastic high power lantern/large flashlights with 2x18650 internal cells. This price is crazy good. The rechargeable lithium ion are non-removable, but otherwise this is a fantastic spot light with true 1000 lumen output. Long-throw deep reflector. High-med-low-off + hold 3 seconds for tactical strobe. Waterproof. Limit 4 per amazon account profile.
I keep mine hanging conveniently on closet clothing rods in the front hall and in my bedroom (the handle and weight balance works perfectly for this). Ordering more for the vehicles. Almost seems like a price mistake...but it's energizer and they've been giving stuff away as of late.

Have you ever opened it up to see if cells are replaceable with some effort? I imagine it's not easy access with the waterproofing
Are people loading up the popcorn because the OP just set off a bunch of saved search alerts with some certain keywords that shouldn't be uttered?
I'm one of the lucky few that got this a few days ago when it was $5 for a few minutes. It just arrived and its amazing. Would buy again at $9.55 but this post is whack. It is not back in stock.
Edit: on mobile I could get it to come up as $9.55 available to ship Aug 21 and could get it into the cart but it failed in the cart. Desktop showed unavailable from the start.
