The one in review is a different model, not Vulcan Z. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think Vulcan Z has DRAM

Think the "z" version only has SLC cache and not DRAM. But I would love to be corrected.

Though i see the price has gone up back to 159...

I am seeing the price still at $128 (It can be account dependent), but specs say it is DRAM-less. It would be a great deal if it was the DRAM version.

Edit: OP updated the title and clarified PRIME-only price. Thanks

Ah, I see. Missed the part under pricing. Thought those were the discounts if you apply their credit card so literally skipped them when glancing. 😅

Price just decrease again. I just posted the 1 TB for the same price per GB as the 2 TB at around 0.06 cents.

I recently got the TeamGroup 2TB EX2 from Newegg. Gonna compare specs and pick this up at this price if it's better

EDIT: EX2 Elite looks a tiny bit better on paper

0.06 cents is six percent of a cent, which is cutting a tiny sliver off of a penny. You meant 0.06 dollars or 6 cents.

The PS5 only works with Gen 4 NVMe drives. If you're talking about external storage (and only storage for PS5 games) I'm sure it'll be just fine.

Showed $135 for me, but I still bought it. MODEL T253TG002T3C301 which is probably lower stock, but hey, I just need storage, I'm not editing video or anything from it.
