This is still in my backlog, but if it's anywhere near as fun as cat quest 1, it's a no brainer at this price.

This is just my experience, but there a number of performance issues when playing on the Switch.

I purchased for the heck of it and it's actually a decent game. My 7-year-old has a decent grasp and it's a lot of fun for parents too. It has a classic final fantasy type feel with modernized graphics and fun leveling system. The fighting style is similar to Chrono trigger.

Absolutely love this game. Both of them were just great fun. Not too difficult. Just fun. Highly recommend. I do wish they'd do a third.

Thanks OP, I liked the first one and was waiting for the second to come out on Android. Noticed it is the same price right now on Steam and verified with the Steam Deck. Cat Quest 1 or a bundle with both are also on sale. I decided to buy the bundle for $6.96. https://store.steampowered.com/ap..._Quest_II/

Really cute game and easy to get into. Combat is somewhat simplistic which makes it suitable for younger kids. It is sadly short though, I think my partner and I did everything in about 5 to 10 hours. It's also on Apple Arcade if you're already subscribed to that.

Same way my cats are. I mean daughters. Yeah my cats and daughters don't spend much time with a toy before moving on.
