The Dr. Pepper beans are the worst baked beans I've ever tasted. I love beans but they taste like chemicals and cough syrup. Literally inedible. Don't know about the other flavors though.

During the pandemic when the shelves were all but clear the dr pepper beans remained seemingly untouched at a walmart near me. Now I know why.

I tried the Dr Pepper ones a couple years ago. They were absolute ass. The taste was mid, but the beans were extremely undercooked and almost inedible due to being so hard. The sauce was thin and ran off of them so most of the beans looked bare and unsauced. I'm a huge baked beans fan and these are the worst I've ever had.

I had that problem with a coupon at Sam's Club. Had to get out of line and go to a line with a human checker.
That's because Sam's and Costco have NEVER accepted manufacturer coupons. They have their own "instant rebates" instead. I can't believe an associate actually let you use one.

It was a Sam's Club rebate which was scanable, but the self check machine would not accept it.

I haven't come across a self-checkout that doesn't accept coupons. Worst case scenario is the attendant can override and manually punch in the discount, but you always need to have the printed coupon.
I was able to use them successfully at the self-check out. The bigger problem turned out to be that all the four stores that carried them in my area carried the exact same two varieties: Dr. Pepper and Buffalo. My guess is that this is a way to get rid off all the old inventory that didn't sell because the beans were so awful.

Yes! My favorite beans! Also some of the worst beans I have ever had. It's all down to the flavors you like. I like the Jalepeno & Bacon (my go to flavor), Sweet and Smoky Chipotle, and Dr. Pepper Sweet and Sassy. I hate the Buckin Buffalo Black Beans and the Carolina Gold BBQ beans. I have not found the Southwest Smokehouse Black Beans locally. Ah well.

There aren't any store limits on the coupon. I don't know your Kroger store policy.

Yes. One time the cashier was super efficient at dealing with it. Today I got someone on literally their first day being trained by someone that seemed like they were on their second day. Took awhile and another employee, but it was finally accepted.

Maybe common knowledge, but if you open the link in an Incognito window, it will give you a new coupon with an expiration date a month from today. I wonder when it will stop working?
