    Note that this is not stackable with Bitdefender Total Security. I have had BTS for about 2 years now and it's worked well. I have been able to stack in the past. This one is forcing me to add it as a new subscription. Also, this is non-refundable.

    UPDATE 1: I contacted Bitdefender support to see if I can merge my licenses. Teir 1 support said that they believe they could but needed to escalate the request. I should hear back in 24-48 hours.

    UPDATE 2: I got a message from support. Turns out there is a limitation in how many years you can have on a license/subscription, 5 years. I was maxed out so it forced me to create a new subscription. Support was able to merge the licenses.

    I apologize to everyone for the rollercoaster! This was just an issue with my account and their limitation.

    Bitdefender doesn't seem inclined to address user concerns at all.

    I'm waiting for Bitdefender to give users the ability to modify whether you see the notification windows like "Suspicious connection blocked".

    They're really annoying - they pop up on mainstream corporate websites (like Safeway). I don't need to see the notification that Bitdefender is blocking the connection. When the notification pops up, it interrupts what you're doing because the notification window becomes the active window (really annoying when you're in the middle of typing something). Bitdefender doesn't give you any way to modify settings so that these notification windows aren't displayed.

    People have complained in Bitdefender's forums now for a couple of years, and Bitdefender hasn't addressed their concern. I won't be renewing my subscription if this issue isn't resolved.

    It should be very simple for Bitdefender to allow people to change a setting that stops these notification windows. Yet they seem unwilling or unable to do this. I'm not impressed.

    Bitdefender's VPN isn't a great feature - do some searching - it's not a recommended option. If you want a VPN, there are better options out there.

    Do you get a code or do you have to download cuz I currently have it and I see a spot where I can enter a code. However last time I did this I downloaded it by mistake and then I had to call them to get it charged and it was more of a hassle than anything

    If your employer has Bitdefender Gravityzone, you can ask the Bitdefender account rep for free antivirus. They have 2 models where:
    a. free as long as the company has it but total free count needs to be lower than 50% of paid enterprise version.
    b. 75% off if free usage is more than 50%.
