In this situation somehow someone would shut your breaker off, have a ladder, climb up and pull it off the wall. Seems pretty far fetched

Many houses already have floodlights like this except old ones without cameras that are not smart. If you have that, i believe you can swap the lights and use the existing wiring. If you have no floodlights, it would be more work.

Really depends on your house. It needs power so you'll have to hire someone to run the wire for that. Anywhere from a 30 minute job to a 2 day job.

Many houses already have floodlights like this except old ones without cameras that are not smart. If you have that, i believe you can swap the lights and use the existing wiring. If you have no floodlights, it would be more work.

Depends on how comfortable you are with home electrical wiring and doing stuff that is code compliant in a situation where there is no existing wiring. If you have zero experience, it's probably faster and safer to just pay someone. Don't want to do it improperly.

There are lots of youtube videos on pretty much everything, but I would say if you have to add a new circuit to your box or splice/add to an existing circuit, you should probably call a pro. For existing wiring, pretty easy, just be sure to turn off power first and test with a tester before you do anything. There are also blogs written about wiring and both those and the videos have helpful comments from actual electricians.
