Same thing happened to me. I couldn't find the offer anywhere on the mobile app and thought I used it by mistake. Then I logged into my account on the desktop and saw it under available offers. For some reason the offer wasn't saved anymore, so I had to save it again. Hope that helps.

Go to the Target Circle site (https://www.target.com/circle/dashboard), click on "Show all offers," then sort by trending. It should be the 3rd one down. If you still don't see it, then there's a possibility you used it by mistake. But if you're sure you haven't used it, my only other suggestion would be to contact their customer support.

I went to verify my student status and inputted some old info. It won't verify and asked me to send in some documents. Tried some family members info (who are currently in college) as someone suggested. Still asked for more info.

Thirty minutes later I went to look at my account and it now says I'm verified as a student? Weird.

Can't add the coupon to my account though.
