    Reviews say these door sensors can be used with smartthings or home assistant. That would be a pretty good deal without requiring the hub.

    In for 1, going to try this with the Echo 4th Gen zigbee hub. At this price, after coupon and code, you could toss the key fob and hub, and still have the motion detector and 2 door sensors for less than 5 bucks each.

    I also added in the water sensor for $14, which is a very cheap insurance policy (personal experience here).

    but dead for the orignal op. fob set is cheaper and more practical.

    Just wanted to follow up that I was able to get everything set up with Hubitat. The sesors were no problem and worked immediately after a reset, but I did have to manually override the device type for the keypad to "Iris V3 Keypad". It appears to work well for arm/disarm status tracking. Definitely a slick deal for $24.
