Very nice deal. I purchased the N8 (non pro model) a few months ago, and love it. We have two large dogs that stay with us often, and this works great to clean up the mounds and mounds of hair they leave behind. It does clog the self cleaning, but well worth it overall. The pro model has even more suction.

If you tape up one of the two emptying holes inside the dust bin it greatly lessens the clogging. The issue is since there are the two paths for dirt to exit, taping up one of the holes increases the emptying suction on the open one so it empties more reliably.

So funny you have to resort to taping up your expensive robot vacuum to get it to function normally.

Yup, one would have thought they would have engineered it correctly but nope. I don't mind though as it's an easy fix on an otherwise reliable unit.

Walmart had (non-pro) for $288 two months ago, but a good price if you don't want to wait. I imagine that price will return on Black Friday.

I would spend the extra $30 and get the roborock S7 instead of this. The only advantage this vacuum has is the self-empting base but really it doesn't work that well plus if you're using the mop function you have to remove that anyway so it's not that big of a deal to empty out the container while you switch out the mop pad. The S7 is a much better machine in every way, the app is much better, the mopping function works much better, and the mop lifts when it encounters carpet whereas the deebot just won't even go on carpet when the mop is on so you have to remove the mop if you want it to vacuum carpet.
