Brushed tools. Regular price of $248, sure. Still a decent starter set that includes a 4ah but the charger is not great.

This is an awesome drill! I picked up the single set for this price 6 months ago and now I don't need my corded drill! Pfft I'd been missing out all these years lol- a 2-for is a sweet deal!

How are these compared to hart? I heard hart tools are pretty much the same as ryobi, is that true?

The brand names of Ryobi and Hart are both owned by TTI - however tool manufacturing is a very convoluted space because many companies that own brand names license out their name to other manufacturers, so you don't really know who made which Ryobi or Hart tool unless you do your due diligence. In general Ryobi has a better reputation in my opinion than Hart and I would trust their ecosystem to survive longer than Hart's along with more available replacement parts.
