Not a solid answer but some helpful info..

Power supply is 230W. That being said, I would assume the 115W GPU. My 2070 Max-P laptop has a 230W brick and it is the 115W GPU.

Acer released a bios update for the Triton series raising the TGP. Not sure if they did for the Helios but this is what I found on the driver page for those interested:

BIOS
1. Update discrete graphic power.
2. Update 330W adaptor setting.
3. Disable DDRS setting for BOE LCD.
4. Modify C state to auto.

I returned it because of the way it looks and the sharp edges that i sometimes hit when i am typing. The big bezels didn't really help, but for the price, this isn't bad. I would get the legion 5 pro for 1200 on walmart for the build quality and screen, and thermals

The display was the main reason that I kept it for so long, it was bright, and accurate compared to other gaming laptops.
