Hold on to your dollars for some real deals. That recent 50% off at DTO was just the tip of the iceberg. They, and other retailers, are getting a ton of delayed inventory in right when a recession is starting to rear its head.

Add me to the no longer liking them list after 5 years of orders getting slower and slower and most costly shipping each time. It's been 21 days for me since I ordered during the Fathers day sale on June 17th. 11 of the 12 items are still in stock for shipment, just one of the freebie containers for the sprayer has been OOS. They still have not shipped even within their 20 day statement. Given others are seeing cancellations due to single items out of their order out of stock and request to replace the order (at much higher current prices) I am fully expecting mine to be cancelled.

Ordered the "RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt AirStrike 16-Gauge Straight Finish Nailer " (P325) on June 19 and the status still in "Processing". If they still have the item for sale, why don't they ship mine? Weird.

had an oder for 2 2gal sprayers cancelled 2 weeks ago. order was confirmed then cancelled 2 weeks later. scam.. filed a complaint wit bbb. sprayer is avail (same unit) but a different stock #
Did they refund you? If so, I would say it's such an ineffective scam for them that perhaps it was actually just some inventory mistake and not a scam at all!

They are very clearly WAY behind and probably severely understaffed. It's big management problems and their reputation is certainly being tarnished, but I don't think there's even a 1% chance of the company changing their operating model to fraud (scamming/stealing).
Keep in mind, they are owned by TTI, not some funny backyard wholesaler buying overstock and return lots.
I've had them cancel my orders for price mistakes (extremely annoying, but it happens); your order sounds like an inventory mistake. Backed up how they are, there are going to be a lot more mistakes...
Unfortunately the order processing and service is only getting worse it seems, and that is a bad spiral for any business. If they cannot get orders out the door, they also won't be able to deal with customer inquiries well.
This company is a joke. Every time I have checked one of their sales the items are not in stock. Today I checked the 2 gallon sprayer and it says not available.
And for the record, I've been checking the status of this item with them for weeks. I also have been checking in on a hoover stick vac but also no stock even though they keep advertising it AND sending out marketing emails about it.

Also they could have three of the same products - new, factory blemished, and reconditioned. I would assume all three have different numbers.

Seems like a rather loose way to use "scam". As long as they refunded your money I don't see the scam.
