i got one of these during the x-,mas sale/clearance period. I like it. It's not a pnematic staple gun or anything super powerful...I'm say it's about the same as your basic hand held staple guns, but a LOT easier to use if you tend to the arthritic as I'm doing as I age. I used it a lot this week while building flat-pack shelves from target, using it to fasten the back boards to the shelves instead of the tacks they provided. IT's not the hardest of materials obviously, but every staple i used sunk completely flat and dead on (as oppsed to crumpling which I've had with some manual staple guns). It's not "fast" kind of "kaaaa-chunk" for each trigger press...doesn't do multiples.. it's one at a time, and nothing fires if the firing area isn't pressed down (saftey push thing).
For me, and my uses (light, around the house needs) it's definitly worth the sale price (and like i said, much easier on my hands).
Does anyone that has previously owned This Staple gun, know if it will sink staples into drywall? or wood? looking to use it to run cable across the wall to tidy things up...W/O dragging out the pneumatic one all the time.
Tip: I still order groceries online and use remote pickujp at store. Usually in and out within 5 min. Because of grocery order being over $35 the stapler is shipped to me free. Try it - might work for you too

I've used mine for drywall, and wood. I don't know if it can do staples with those humps for wires… I haven't looked into replacement staples yet. Thinking about it I did use mine to staple up Christmas lights around my window and it was fine.
