Good pc. Bought it on the last deal. The 3080 acts like a space heater, but it runs like a champ.

It's an msi gaming z trio. It's the tipple fan model with rgb, just blows hot when under full load. Around 80c.

For the parts without the specific name, they will use whatever manufacturer is available at the time

I think some ppl just can't stand to hear anything positive, or they feel this card should be $300 having no idea how the market actually works, or they're jealous they don't already have one. What you said was at least informative, so really makes no sense. I'll upvote you to even things out.

I just thought it was funny. "I think this is a good pc for the money." Response: "Corporate shill!" lol

You should def undervolt the GPU, I did with mine and temps are much lower.

Not really. I have a FTW3 ULTRA and it is 73c under full load. I use a fairly aggressive fan curve that maxes out at 80%

I was getting average 77-83c on stock clock but stock clock by design pushes for higher GPU MHz which was around 1920. I set my volt to 850 or .85 whatever people call it and clocked it to around 1875 MHz and was getting 68-75 underload.

I've seen people do 925, 835, but I find it that 850 at around 1820-1875 MHz was optimal for me. I bought this back in May and I think someone already mentioned that its the MSI gaming z trio.

Hold off buying any gaming PC. The new 4090 that's coming out is going to be faster than the 3090 that is out and it's going to be half the price..... Give it time
